    3 new pens

The first 2 are slimlines with a little bit of a bump at the bottom for a comfortable grip, the 3rd is a Celtic twist. The outer 2 are acrylic of course, the middle is lacewood.

Looks great Jeff. Nice blanks and nice shapes. Great work on the lacewood - I find it to be brittle, so reserve it for pens a little larger in diameter, but yours looks perfect.

Nice pens, Jeff. Did you find the lacewood difficult to turn?

Nice work! I like them all, especially the Celtic twist though.

The Celtic Twist is a super-looking pen--could easily be in the display case at a fancy writing instrument store. It is massive--not for people with small hands.

The lacewood was not difficult to turn at all. I use a Penn State small versa chisel--never catches.

Nice work! I really do like the Celtic knot pen. Is that a PSI kit?

I got it through Rockler. I think there is a similar PSI kit, in fact the labels on some of the Rockler kits I have say PSI.

There is this interesting phenomenon, where I want to order one little thing from Rockler but the shipping is almost as much as the thing itself. So I end up buying more things to make the shipping cost-effective. That's the reason for a lot of the pen kits and turning accessories I have acquired recently...
