    Grizzly lathe chisels and chucks?

    Are any of the Grizzly lathe chisels worth the money?
    They have quite a number of sets to choose from. I'm looking for most bang for the buck and to get the widest range of use for the money.
    And while we are on Grizzly how are their lathe chucks?
    Any good for my Centralmachinary 12 x 36 lathe?
    Opinions are like gas;
    I don't mind hearing it, but keep it to yourself if it stinks.

    I don’t know about Grizzly turning tools as I have never bought any. I have Sorby, Henry Taylor, PSI and Homemade. I do however own a Grizzly lathe and I really like it. It is very much like the Jet and Harbor Freight models. PSI has a good starter set that you may look at as well as the starter set from Harbor Freight. Grizzly has a new chuck that looks just like my $200+ Vicmark that I am very tempted to buy but I am having trouble justifying 5 chucks.
