Here is one I turned today. It's mahogany with Myland's sanding sealer and Behaland's turners finish.
The question is: Why does the kit require a 6mm bit when the mandrel is 1/4 20, OK the 1/4 20 mandrel screws into the 6mm hole, and the threaded post on the stopper is slightly under 6mm. You are supposed to screw the threaded post into the drilled hole. A -6mm post does not screw into a 1/4" hole, we have a bit of slop here. Have any of you run into this and how have you solved it?
