Balancing grinding wheels

Do you balance your grinding wheels? Especially the ones used to sharpen turning tools?
I never did either, until now. I just finished a review of a balancing system and was amazed at the difference. See the link below for some dramatic photos and more info on the process.

Cool...I was reading about that in my Oneway catalogue. Was wonderin'if it was really a help or not. Looks like it is.
