    Cinnamon Swirl

I made this as a retirement gift for a coworker. It's called cinnamon swirl and it's on a copper sierra. I did the usual sanding and polishing.

    Thanks for looking.

That is a pretty pen. I can see why you became addicted.

Nice work. I've done a couple with that same combination. They seem made for each other.

Just one quick caution about the copper kits... The plating isn't the most durable finish, so these pens make for good presentation pieces and eye candy, but not so much for clipping in the pocket for daily use... I always keep a second kit around, in case the plating comes off somewhere down the road... Just thought you'd wanna know...

That's a beautiful pen Richard. Do you sell them? If so, how much does one like that go for?

Thanks for the heads up on that UC. I found that with the gold kits that came in the started pack.

Thank you for the compliment Rand.

C-man: I was selling the slimline pens that I made before Christmas but as this is a new style for me, I still need to build up stock before I put them on the market. I did some research on other pen sites and I was thinking of around $30 for this style.

Yup, the standard gold kits have the same problem. It pays in the long run to use titanium gold kits where durability is a key factor.
