        Thanks guys. There are a couple of small tear-outs. LOML didn't see them until I pointed them out but to me they are big glaring signposts. I can live with the tear outs on this pen though-it's for me to keep.

            Nice! I have only done the slimlines that came with the PSI starter kit - hoping to try euro and cigars this weekend. I hope mine TURN out as nice as yours!

                Thank you again everyone for the kind words. I was given a bucket of scraps last spring and this was in the bucket. I'm kind of guessing that it is Manitoba Maple.
