    Spinning string top

    Made this today to send to my niece. The handles are Maple and the top itself is Bubinga. This is a fun project to make.

      Nice! I've made a few tops for the kiddies over the years, but none with the string-spinner mechanism. I bet that adds to the interest level immensely.
