Not getting much time in the shop

Not getting much time in the shop today as I have been running around with the wife and tomorrow I have to change the brakes on her SUV for the first time. I did take what Bob said as a bit of a challenge though so I have had the time to kick out one pen today. I also made a stand out of scrap Myrtlewood so I can take pictures of pens standing up.

LOL !! Nice job Ken. I remember the miniature turning challenge, now this. My hats off to you.

On a serious note, that is one fine finial. A testament to your chisel handling skills.

BTW....I saw the picture before I read the text and spewed coffee all over my monitor, I must go clean it up now....
