Oh well, that is the way these sellers/ suppliers are these days it seems.
Anyway, you got a good lathe....a Jet is a very good lathe. I have the 1014I
model a great lathe made better with the bed extension....but be warned ahead of time, with turning, the lathe is the starting point of a very fast,
slippery, downhill slope to spending your money in a hurry!
