            did you do any altering of the photo? The colors seem a bit off to me, the purple too pink, and the gold too yellow.

            The first pics I did were on a blue background and didn't look quite right. I switch to a light grey and they look a whole lot better.

                That is what I see too. I pulled the image locally and looked at it with Gimp. I then used the color tools option to look at the Input Levels graph. I see a nice bell shaped curve, but felt that an auto adjust made it look better (on my pc and in my eyes of course).

                Overall, good first pic.
