This is my first attempt at a cigar style kit and I must say I really like them so far. The blank is Honduran Rosewood.

That's really beautiful. I love the wood. I've made pens with rosewood before but it didn't have the light colors. I like the rose wood I've used but this is even better.

Beautiful pen. Haven't done one with rosewood yet but have done a couple of Cigar Pen. I am finially getting away from the slims and Euros and into the nicer kits and even a few Fountain Pens.

Looks sharp Grant. The Cigar is one of my favorite kits too. People with Arthritis like them as they are easy to hold on to.Mike
