Turning therapy after a rough day at work.....

I don't normally let work get to me but today was just one of those days. I got home and went right straight to the garage for a little therapy.

The results are a Zen rollerball in Maple Burl and a Patriot in Apple.

Very nice. That's the first one of the zen kits I've seen made up, I like it. Let's you show off some beautiful wood. You did a really good job on both pens.

How did the Zen kit work out for you?

The Zen kit was a breeze to use. It's a 10.5mm insert and the kit went together really well. I was concerned about the strength of the magnets to keep the cap in place but they are rather strong actually.

Looks like you need to have a bad day at the office more often, because the therapy at home sure looks good.

Those are beautiful. I love maple burl, and I'm always surprised at how pretty apple wood finishes.
