here is some other projects me and my wife have been working on
first 3 pics are another candle holder i finished up today another piece of honey locust 3 1/2" T and 2 3/4" dia at the wides part sanded to 800 grit and polished with nature oil and rag on the lathe
next 2 are small walnut bowl 2 1/4" t and 4" dia sanded to 800 grit polished with nature oil
the one the lathe died while doing
walnut bowl 1 1/2"T and 7" dia unfinished because of what was stated in another post
my wives first vase 3" T 1 1/2 dia white willow sanded to 320 grit no other finish
very nice little vase i liked it alot she gave it to mom for her B-day
last one is a plant hanger i made last year or the year before for a friend
its used to rotate your plants for max sun light exposer for the plant
made from 1 1/2" white oak was 24" T and the disk where the plant goes was 9" dia
i also made a prototype from pine that was bigger but i scaled it down and changed the way it was put together where it rotated this is my own design
so what do you think of these
