    The Final Trio

Here are the last Christmas presents from off my lathe. The clock surround is Camphor Laurel and is 140mm (5.5") in diameter. The pot-pourri bowl is Ash and is also 140mm (5.5") diameter, 100mm (4") tall. The barometer surround is Bubinga, 240mm (9.5") diameter.

All were sealed, then Danish Oiled, then waxed. What with these, the other pot-pourri bowls and the range of pens I made earlier, it'll be a craft Christmas this year for sure.

Looks like there are gonna be some happy people on your Christmas list. A lot of my stuff this year will be "round" stuff too, but not as nice as yours.

      Look really ice Ray.
I have the same need for presents. Lots of round items but nothing like those. Pens, pencils and a couple of walking sticks...need to get at them. Not a lot of spare time these days with working part time at LV.

Those are really nice, Ray. The recipients are very lucky!

                Great work as always, Ray!
                Measure it with a micrometer...

Those look great and will make wonderful presents. I have been debating on getting a Jointer or joining the turners and getting a lathe. I could make a lot of Christmas presents for next year with a Lathe. Honey can I change my list?
