I've used PSI and have found their pen kits and service to be good. I really like Agum's Pen Works, they sell both PSI and Berea kits and their prices are cheaper and their service is first class.

Not sure what part of Ohio you're from, but the last time I stopped at Berea (just south of Cleveland) they gave me an extra 15 or 20 percent off for coming in as opposed to mail ordering. Also had some really nice burl stock that I just had to have. Barely got out of there with my Visa intact...Measure it with a micrometer...
Mark it with a crayon...
Cut it with a chain saw!
