    Cedar of Lebanon Bowl

Here's a simple shape but with really pleasing grain pattern. It's 190mm (7.5") diameter and 95mm (3.75") tall. Finish is sanding sealer and wax.

Very nice, Ray. I like the strong grain look.

I have to admit, when I read the subject, my first thought was salvaging wood from Lebanon Bowl Bowling Alley (if there is such a place.) Then I thought about how many nails that are supposedly used for putting a lane together. Then I wondered why in the world they would make a Bowling Alley out of a soft cedar. It all makes more sense now.

Very pretty, Ray. The grain is unusual and very attractive. You made a nice shape, too.
