    Unreal turning

    Go to this site and look through his Gallery. It will either make you through out your lathe or serve as inspiration. I am working on my first segmented bowl and thought I was doing OK, (will post when done) till I saw this stuff

    That's beautiful stuff. I saw somewhere a picture of an ornamented ball turned INSIDE a larger ball, which itself was turned INSIDE an even larger ball... All from a single block! It was truly one of the most interesting and stupefying pieces I have ever seen. If I can find the link, I'll post it here. Mind-blowing...

      If you see his book you should buy it. Very well writen with lots of tips.

        Amazon has the book at nearly ten bucks off the cover price.
