    Turning yoyos.

Hello. I'm currently looking around for a lathe and tools that I'll need to make wooden yoyos. I was wondering if any of you perhaps did turn yoyos yourself and if you could give me tips as to whether I need a full sized lathe or if a mini would work (like the Jet mini lathe)

Thanks for any information you can give me!

I think the Jet 10-14 would be a great choice. That is what I use for my turnings.
Here is a link that may be of help.

Awesome... thank you for that website.

Do you know any good online stores to buy a Jet mini lathe from? I keep running across Amazon when I search but it says it's sold out... so do most other places. If you know somewhere I could get one that I wouldn't have to be "pre ordering" in a sense, please let me know.

I'm considering now maybe getting a larger model, if you can suggest a good all around lathe for turning any sized projects let me know... thank you.

        I would consider something else.
These do not have lifetime warranty, Husky@HD,and HF ones do. I have both and the Husky is better in 1/2" drive size due to 250

If at first you don't succeed, deny you were trying in the first place.
