    What's your tool of choice for those vases and deeply undercut cherry pieces?

                Nice job! Do you have a pic of the bark of a box elder? I am trying to locate a tree of it, and don't know what to look for. Tnx. How bad were the vibes from the off center turning?

                    Great work!

                    I just cut down a large box elder and am looking forward to turning it--have practiced with a few goblets so far. Interestingly, my neighbors all say the same thing--box elder--it's good for nothing! Little do they know...

                    BTW, how did you mount the blanks for the first turnings you posted??

                            Boblon I use my homemade Captured hollowing rig to do the hollow forms with. I make a lot of my own tools to work with I will post it in another thread.
