Rockwell shaper product number.

Need ti identify the model number to replace motor and pulley. Motor is reversible. pulley cracked. The motor in there is a FAN motor with thrust bearing, not side bearings. Brought this from South Africa 20 years ago, and bought a cheap motor. There is a plate missing in front.
