Rockler Sandpaper Cutter, (not power tool).

LOML gave me a Rockler Sandpaper cutter for my birthday. ( I had to order it, she gave the OK. )

Anyone use this before? It was advertised a couple of weeks ago on sale and I decided it would be great for my birthday. Cheap and just after Christmas! Looking forward to using it regularly.

(Although Tool Talk is listed to be about Power Tools, I couldn't figure out if it belongs under another heading or not, so I put it here.)

They make a lot of little gadgets. Some seem really nice, some look gimmicky. This one looks like the former. I'm curious to here your opinion on it.
