New (to me) Radial Arm Saw

Brought this Rockwell Delta radial arm saw home last week. She's gonna take a bit of rehab—she was used & abused by teenagers for years. Just realized I didn't write down the model number: my guess is she's from the late 60s or early 70s.

    Got her for free, too!

Congratulations. Price was hard to beat. It's worthwhile to set up the saw correctly, get a negative hook blade, and use it safely. I've always had a few RAS's around, and kept one for just 90° crosscuts.

You can check out vintagemachinery.org (aka OWWM) if you want to get info re: age, model number of your RAS. They have a lot of pictures and info posted.
