rikon 10-340 band saw

i have been offerred one of the above for $700. i haven't seen it up close yet, but would appreciate any informed comments concerning the band saw. and here are the specs for the saw:

I don't know much about Rikon, but appears to have a good reputation. FWIW, local CL has a 14" (not the 18" you have available), asking $775!-http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/tls/3074565722.html

Yours sounds like a deal, if you can make use of the size- I always have to remind myself "if it's not what you need, no matter what the price, it's not a deal".
