    Which Table Saw Fence System?

I'm looking at the Delta T30 T2 fence system for $156.50 shipped or the Shop Fox W2005 for $170 shipped. This will go on a Craftsman 22124 Hybrid Saw. Can't find any comparisons and wondered if anyone here has personal experience with them.
"I see", said the blind man, so he picked up his hammer and saw.

The Shop Fox Classic is closer the Biesemeyer Commercial fence that originally came with the saw. The T2 is a good value, and a good fence, but it is slightly lighter gauge than the SF Classic and Biese. $170 for the SF Classic is an awesome price...I'd definitely grab it at that price.

Thanks Knottscott, I came to the same conclusion, but wanted another opinion. Only concern is that they claim only 25" cut to the right of the blade. I guess I could modify the mounting to achieve more. Gonna buy it at this price while I can.

Is this available online or b&M?

Easy to do too...sliding the front tube over by one bolt hole gains 10", and requires no drilling. Since the 22124 is left tilt, you're not likely to ever need the capacity you lose on the left side.

I think I bought the last one at that price! Amazon wants $262.37 with free ship for it now.

Couldn't find them on the web but according to the receipt, this item was purchased from Amazon, but there is a link to the Pricebook Storefront here:

Thanks for the link, saw the Kreg RA clamps for $9.99, bought the 2 for $28 w. s&h. about 1/2 price and they are the newer style too.

I prefer the Biesmeyer, Shop Fox is similar. The delta is good but lighter duty. I still am amazed that I was able to buy 2 complete Biesmeyer systems at Lowe's for $100 for both. That was 2 years ago.

                        which tablesaw fence system?

I can't give you a comparison based on usage of one fence vs the other, but I do have and recommend the Delta T-2. It is a very reliable, accurate fence
easy to install and for the money, it is one of the best out there for any table saw. As for rip capacity to the right of the blade, shift the rails farther to the right and bore a couple of new holes, bolt them on & you may need to install some leg supports under the rails for any added table space on the right side.

If you have a need for additional rip capacity to the right side of the blade
you may need extension table(s) on that side, but that probably won't
be a real need very often unless you are using a lot of large sheet material.
I thought about needed space to the right of the blade on my saw when
I installed the Delta fence and rails....3 years ago, but since then, it really
has not been the problem yet.

Thread moved to the correct forum for a Q&A about fence systems.
