    Rockler Box Joint Jig

I typically have always made my own jigs however my daughter was home this weekend and wanted to buy me a present for my birthday. I had been meaning to make a box joint jig for smaller joints but hadnt got around to it.

As I wanted to get something that I could think "Rachel bought me that" every time I used it I just got this Rockler Box Joint Jig.

The price at $79.99 is rather steep but with their 20% off coupon it wasnt too bad at $64.

Anyway I used it yesterday and it works like a dream and cuts nice clean and tight joints in only a few minutes.

I'll second the ease of use and nice fitting joints. Another nice point is, it only takes a few minutes to set up or change sizes. I paid full price for mine and it was still a good deal. You need to use up-cut spiral bits for the best results.
