    Shark Guard

I had a Shark Guard on my old BT3000 and just installed one on my new DW746. Lee sure makes an awesome product.
The first picture is the DW746 quick release bracket, it is slick the factory one is a pita.
The second and third just show it in the up and down position.

Mine came with shark decals in a little envelope, which I promptly lost. Evidently some people had trouble seeing through the guard with the decals on.

        Wish I could find mine.

Looks good. What was the turn around?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Can't wait for mine to get here. Perhaps my thumb will be healed better by then, to assist me in the installation. Still too sore to touch stuff. Having real fun trying to get my buttons buttoned.

I found your spare set "In case of emergency" here.
Shoot me your addy and i'll stick them in the mail.

                    Looks great, Dick.

Today is the first day of shipping the next version. 10.0.

I found I was getting a few complaints about the pawls not engaging all the time. Well, time to spring load the ornery things.
I think I got it down now.
Doing first production runs starting today as well.
These will be ungradable soon for older models back to 8.0. I will have that info when I get a chance. Within a week. I will have pics and explanations as well on the site then.

This will not effect anyone that didn't order pawls. No real changes without those except for the addition of some extra holes in the newer clamps.

Got it all designed, prototyped, tested and into production over the weekend, so I'm getting better at that stuff.

                    Thanks, Guys.

Nice job as always Lee... any chance you could produce a splitter for a Steel City Industrial 5 HP if I sent you a paper template? If you are just too busy ( I know for a fact you are extremely busy) just dis-regard. But.. if you run into time just PM or email me. I am aware there are few of the 5 HP's out there as this machine was built by Union One in Taiwan and not the SC plant in China.. so I know you likely don't have one stock for the saw.

Regards and keep up the outstanding job...

I make several things that aren't yet listed on my site for Steel City and several others. Basically if the saw came with a riving knife, I have or can create a pattern.
If it's a splitter system, then no riving knife quick fixes as yet.

I may have or be able to make splitters though.

Stock is what I cut parts out of.

I do have a few items in stock, but rarely get much of anything made as stock before it's out the door.

Shoot me an email and let me know what model you have.

                        Thanks.

Glad to know if I bought one they still come with the shark decals. I think they are a cool design touch.
