    Rikon 10-325 Upper Guide Adjustment

Have your most used blade on the saw. The table should already be adjusted to square to the blade. The better the table is set, the better this adjustment works. Loosen the back knob holding the upper guide in place. Loosen the 4 mounting bolts. The heads stick out the back and the other end is inside with hex ends. There are 2 set screws that allow the mounting assembly to be adjusted to alter the alignment of the entire guard in relation to the blade. You will need long hex keys to reach them, as they are not on the immediate surface that you can see. The top one is in the top left partially behind the top wheel, the lower one is in the lower left corner.

Use a square to bring the guide arm to square with the table. You can also measure distances to the blade from the guide, but if your table is set up correctly, it is easier to use a square to the table top. Also note that measuring won't help you get Left/Right alignment. It may take a few tries, noting that the bolts may move the guide a bit when they are tightened. Also, don't over tighten the knob or you can also throw things off. You can run the guide up and down the blade to check your work. When it is set right there should be very little or any change in how your bearings are set.

Hopefully this makes sense and is repeatable by others. It has been awhile since I did this, so I apologize if I left anything out.
If you can read this you assembled wrong.

Thanks for taking the time to explain this. I will definitely give this a try on my 10-325.
