BORG and Jet Parallel Clamps

Over the past several years, I've been gradually adding to my collection of Jet parallel clamps from the local BORG when I had a little extra money. I was there a few days ago and noticed that they now carry Irwin clamps and no longer sell Jet clamps.

I'm curious if this a common trend nationwide and if anyone members noticed the change in brands. Also, did the BORG clearance the Jet clamps out?

I really, really like the Jet clamps and can get them from a different local retailer, but how does the Irwin compare to the Jet?

It must be a regional thing - I was killing time at the Borg the other day and noted that they carry Besseys, not Jet or Irwin.

My local orange BORG carries Irwin (which are blue).

My local blue BORG carries Bessey (which are orange/red).

My local Borg carries Irwin and Jorgensen and the Big Blue carries Bessey

My local HD sells Jorgensen's parallel clamps and Irwin quick-grips. Last time at Sears I noticed the addition of "Craftsman" parallel clamps. They look well made but very expensive - more expensive than Jorgensen's. I am not sure who makes them for Craftsman.

These look like Bessey clamps in a different wrapper.
