I recently saw a review of rasps, but can't remember where, or find the review. As I recall. it was a small portion of a page in a magazine. I can't remember if it was in a best tools of 2009 issue, and maybe even "these didn't make it, but came close" or if it was a side bar like item in an article on shaping (scrapers, rasps, etc.).
The review mentioned that the rasp dd not cut close to the edge, which was the part I found appealing.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
