    Plane enthusias

    I don't know if this is a good deal or not. I can't justify buying it.

    I'm not knowledgeable about that type of plane, but have definitely seen some that looked similar go for a lot more. The sheer age of it should give it some value. $60 seems like a pretty safe risk on something that could be worth 2x to 4x that much.

      It's not a great deal, but it looks to be in good shape. I would try to find out if there are any cutters included (they are not called blades on a 45, 50 or 55).

        If what is pictured is all he has, it is too high. The floral pattern dates it as an early version, but further dating would be hard without the rest of the parts.
