    Anyone Use a Skil XBench?

I have been looking for a portable workbench--basically a Workmate with larger table area. My workspace is limited, so Iwould like to fold it up.

I came across the XBench. It looks like what I am after, but I am leary, especially for a Skil product at that price. I am not really interested in the accessories, most of which I can make. I do really like that channel for cutting.

Yes, I saw the Jawhorse thread, and I like it, but I would like a larger table.

I dont know from experience, but looking at the photos on amazon, it looks to be of good design. My first concern was with the span between the legs being pretty large, however, if you look at the other photos you can see a shot of the underside and the support is basically a c channel. Looks pretty good to me
I think in straight lines, but dream in curves

Somebody should tell the model that a wider brush would get that bench/chest painted lot faster!
You might think I haven't contributed much to the world, but a large number
of the warning labels on tools can be traced back to things I've done...
