Everyone said that they wanted more of that crazy, extra, extra large bandsaw, well here you go. In case you missed the last thread about it, here you go.

Anyway, these are videos of us actually using the saw, very good quality. Jeremy was teaching a class on how to make wooden hand planes, very cool. I am going to put a thread about that one next.

The saw cut so well that there was very little sanding afterwards, just some card scraping. I hope that you enjoy the next round of videos. BTW, Jeremy is the guy with the skull and chisel shirt on. I am the big guy with with the black t-shirt.

Great bandsaw.

The video quality was outstanding, BTW.

Is it just me, or are you guys feeding the stock at a snail's pace?

Hey cgallery, Jeremy will appreciate the comments about the quality of the videos. Much better than the first 2 that I took on my camera phone. Also, yes, we were sawing very slow. The reason that is with the blade that we were using, a 10 teeth, it was almost as smooth as with a table saw. When we were done, it was very minimal sanding, really just a few passes with a card scraper. Also, have you seen the size of that thing, it is very scary the first few times that you are on it so no one wanted to leave any body parts behind. Plus, the exotic hardwoods we were cutting were very dense. Other than that, it makes making hand planes or resawing child's play.
