So... have you tried that to solve your zipper problem? Seems like it would work with jeans (metal zippers) but not with slacks (plastic zippers).

Also, I heard magnet therapy can improve blood flow.

I've discovered that if the zipper moves freely (metal/plastic), I can grip using my index and middle finger to move it up/down. I've used INOX on all my zippers
