I bought a Fuji HVLP spray system years ago and is very satisfied with it. It's not cheap but I use it for my cabinet business. Y I bought Fujii is when U e-mail them or call, the company president/owner answers or calls U back, now thats customer service.
Help me select a finish spraying system.

Anyone successfully spray paint with this, or the similar Rockler or Woodcraft unit? Either waterbased or oil-base alkyd?Comment

critter
the major advantage of the critter to me is the ease of cleaning,if your doing a small job or touching up,it can save a lot of time. A hvlp gun it isn't.

As I noted above, I used the Wagner unit to spray paint. It's not a clone of the Rockler unit, but it's close enough, I'd imagine... Anyways, I sprayed Bear Kitchen and Bath paint on some cabinet doors. The viscosity cup was fairly useless, so I just thinned it with some water by eye. Not a lot of thinning was required, and with two coats I got plenty of coverage. Worked really well, once I got the flow rate down.
I know people tout the Critter for ease of cleaning, but I didn't find the Wagner HVLP hard to clean....Comment
