    Kudos for Milescraft

    I received a Milescraft Router Baseplate and Bushings Kit for Christmas. In the kit were two bushings of the same size and one size was missing. I wrote an email to Milescraft Customer Service and a few days later I had received the missing bushing in the mail - no questions asked. In today's world, this kind of service is rare. I would definitely buy Milescraft products again. Kudos to Milescraft and their Customer Service.

    I'll add PSI to your list of great customer service.
    I recently ordered a couple spendy acrylic stopper blanks from them, one of them turned out to be the wrong color. I called PSI and they shipped the correct one and told me to keep the other one.

      It's great to hear positive stories like that considering all the negative news that permeates our airwaves today. And in many cases those negative stories are justified. But, when the Customer Service Departments deserve good reviews, those should be reported also.
