    It's Here

My DW 746 came today. It was listed as curbside delivery but the driver happily wheeled it into the garage.

I still have a couple days work inside the house and then I have permission to start on the shop.

So Santa came early this year, huh?

Tip: Don't drool on the box, wet cardboard promotes rust.

    Jealous? Me? Nah...

You have to wait two whole days before you get to open your toys? That would keep me up at night, just thinking of that bright shiney new toy having to sit there all wrapped up in a box.

I couldn't stand it so I just went out and opened the box. Looks much better with the cardboard off.

Nice score, Whaler!!! Are you planning to do any add ons with the saw? Sliding table, or outfeed table, or a router wing?

Nice Score, but It'd hurt my back having to bend that low to adjust the blade angle

I'd return it. The printing's upside down, too!

The mounting of the saw on the pallette is a new special feature from dewalt. simply plug in the saw, turn it on and it cuts up the pallette all on its own.

                      Dick,

I am sure you just cant wait to get your hands on this. We are also waiting anxiously to see it all put together and becoming the core of your new shop.
