I took my db meter out to the shop, and while results will vary based upon environment, etc, this is what I found...
WWII on PM2000 - 89 db
24T Freud TK rip - 92db
Neither were cutting. The WWII did sound a bit higher in pitch, and thus is more easily heard by humans, but the meter reported it as actually being a bit quieter.
Best part of bothering to do this is I realized it's time to clean my WWII.
