Rand, Uploading the file to a public web site and sharing the link violates the copyright laws. August Home Publishing (ShopNotes) has given permission to pass a copy of the file from one individual to another as long as it is not going to be used for commercial production. I think we should follow the condition of that permit.
It is very little work for me to forward the file to anyone who like to have a copy (I think that is the same for Mark).Turaj (in Toronto)
