    It's nice that it "wood be great" in any shop! If that spelling was unintentional (which I expect it probably was), then it's pretty sad. But if it was intentional, then it's pretty funny.

          I think if I had a workpiece big enough to require a saw with a 50" throat I am gonna break out a trammel arm and my real jigsaw.

              Yep, as cbrown points out, the naming conventions have changed. What is now a scroll saw used to be called a jigsaw. Thus the name jigsaw puzzle.
