CMS Overhaul( In a nutshell)

I've been struggling with my Ryobi CMS lately when it came to adjusting for angle cutting. So today I decided to rip the whole thing apart and rebuild it. After neatly laying out all the bits so I could put it back together again, I set out by blowing out all the built up sawdust. I found there had developed a number of burrs so out came the Dremel and grinding stones, followed with wire wheels. Then came the paste wax and buffing wheels. Finally I methodically put everything back together. Now the works move like it's on ice. A couple of hours well spent this morning.

I may have to do the same thing. I have a Ryobi made craftsman CMS that I have tried to re-align a couple of times with no success.
