Help with Stile and Rail Bits

I have the Freud 99-260 matched stile and rail bit set. I have used it with great success many times. Although the last time I took the bits apart and mixed them around to make glass panel doors. (saw Norm do it). Here's where my stupidity comes in......
When I mixed the bits around, like and idiot, I forgot to log what goes where, in terms of washers, etc. I have tried contacting Freud with no response, tried asking the NYW website with no response. I have since put it back together but keep coming close but just can't seem to get it right. Has anyone else had this happen or does anyone have any tips or anything that can help me?
    -Thanks in advance

    Do yours look like this?

    I don't see any washers.
The ones I'm familiar with use shims to adjust the fit of the matching rail and stile.
If your problem is that you have shims and have gotten them out of order, you could read these instructions at MLCS...it might help you determine where to make adjustments with the shims.

Looking at the Freud website, it looks like it only has washers on both sides of the bearing.
