I think the Griz 1022 TS is just a tad high...it's in nice shape, but the fence was junk so figure on another $100 to $200 to get it up to snuff. I also don't think that model had a height lock.
Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.
