FYI, on my Milwaukee angle grinder, the thin cutoff wheels are too thin for the shank even with the nut flipped over as it states. I took another thin cutoff wheel and trimmed the diameter down from 4-1/2" to about 2" and used that as my backer. Now, whenever I need a cutoff wheel, I use the backer that I cut along with a full diameter one and the nut flipped over. It tightens correctly and works great.
