where to get parts for PC 3 x 24 Belt sander?

well, i have this old pc 3 x 24 belt sander. it needs a new pad (its a metal strip with cork material on it) under the belt at the bottom of the sander. the cork is gone and the metal plate is almost gone too. its a real flimsy steel plate with a real thin layer of cork material on it.

what would me a good place to get some replacement parts for this?

Try eReplacementParts.com, Omar. I really don't know how "good" they are in terms of the overall picture, but I ordered some DeWalt router parts from them not long ago and was well pleased. The prices seemed fair, they got the parts to me (a special order) fairly quickly, and the shipping costs were reasonable. (One alternative I looked at wanted to hit me up for a "special order" fee that was about double the value of the parts I was ordering -- PLUS shipping charges!) It was my first order with them, but I've got 'em bookmarked for the future.

Try to replace it with the graphite pad that porter cable sells. Much better and smoother sanding!
