Is there a good reason to buy a "parallelogram" jointer?

I'm fairly ignorant as far as jointers go ... Grizzley offers this 6" "parallelogram" jointer G0604 and I believe I can get it shipped to me for a reasonable sum ... BUT ... is there a real reason to go for a parallelogram jointer OR am I just as well off with something a bit smaller like G1182ZHW in a shop where space is getting to be a premium.

Is the 9" additional bed length and the "parallelogram" feature really better if the price is basically a wash (thinking ebay here).

Longer beds are better for longer boards, if you have the extra space and can heft the extra weight. Parallelogram jointers basically eliminate having to adjust the infeed and outfeed beds to be coplanar (no hump or valley in the middle). Nice feature, but not critical.
