ShopVac Customer Service

Had a great experience today. I emailed ShopVac's Customer Service since the 12 Gal. ShopVac I have quit running. They called me about 10 minutes after I sent the email! All I was expecting was a location I could take the ShopVac to for repairs. But since it was only 2 years old (they have a 4 year warranty) they are sending me a new motor unit at no charge!
