    HF 18Ga Brad Nailer

I visited my local HF, twice in last week in hopes of picking up an oogah horn for my Jeep. I noticed that the 18Ga brad nailer was on clearance for $8. Don't know if this is available online or not.

Edit. Dang it. I meant to post this in Bargain Alerts. My apologies.

I have a HF 18ga nailer (not sure if it's the exact same model), but I use it on almost every project I build. I have shot thousands of brads through it, and it has never failed or jammed. There are definitely some tools at HF to stay away from, but this one is one of the best investments I ever made.

I've got a couple of those, I think they were $14.99 or $19.99, and they work great. The last one will shoot up to 2". Sure beats Duo Fast at way over $125 each. Can't even get them serviced for the price of the HF model. So, if all fails, I will just throw it away and go get a new one for $20 or less.

Same here, have a purple colored one that takes up to 1-3/16 brads. It has worked flawlessly. I did buy one though that takes up to 2" brads and staples and it had problems loading, haven't tried it since I first got it.

The Clearance isle, isn't JUST things they are no longer carrying. They also put items that they have too much stock of. as well as "last years" models.

I have several of the 18 gauge brad nailers and the 23 gauge pin nailer. Love them!
