    Got A Bruzz?

You may have one and not know it. This pic is from the Woodcraft site as they are better photographers than I am. The "bruzz's are corner chisels. The small "bruzz" (A) is a cabinetmakers chisel. It's got 3/8" legs and is 10 1/4" long. The larger "bruzz" (B) is a staple to a timber framers' assortment of tools, and it's a 1" corner chisel, 18 1/2" long. If you do woodworking, these can come in handy.

I've got a tiny version of A that came with some gift carving chisels.

But for non-mortise type corners I'd rather use one of the spring-loaded things you wack with a mallet.

I've been wanting one of these for a while, it's hard to do the corner chiseling and keep it perfect with a standard chisel. Are these all they are cracked up to be??

I've got a couple... Always heard them called "mortising" or "corner" chisels. "Bruzz" is a new one on me...

I've been using one of these for a few years, I'll buy anything that Lee Valley makes.
