It's a real good router fence but you may want to consider a few more bucks and look at the Ultra. The Lite comes with a couple of templates and the Ultra comes with all 50. Also the fence is larger. I was going to get the Lite till Woodpeck convinced me the difference was enough to warrant the additional $$$, and I haven't regretted it. The Ultra is on sale for $199, $60 more than the Lite.

I have the Ultra and agree with Ken. For the extra money, you get much more capability and its an excellent fence. Reason I asked specifically about the Lite is that Amazon has it for $90 right now. But if you guys say the Ultra is a significant upgrade I'll def consider it before I make up my mind. Thanks guys. They also have Ultra16 for $207 and Ultra24 for $229.
Have you used it to make dovetails? How does it compare to a dovetail jig?I reject your reality and substitute my own.Comment

Thanks. I have the 16" Craftsman jig but I only use it for larger pieces. There is a practical limit on the size pieces that can be held on the right angle fixture of the Incra jigs.Comment

Very nice work Ken and a great example what the Incra is really good for.
Jussi,
I think it boils down to what you want the jig for. For boxes and medium to small drawers the Incra will do very well. If you are going to make a lot of medium to large drawers then you may want to consider a dovetail jig. The Incra does take some time to set up, but once set you can make the dovetails pretty quickly. The best part is that the joints are really, really tight. I am still amazed at the accuracy of the Ultra.
The fence is also great as just a fence. If you need to take an additional .005" off of a board, its a piece of cake. I wouldn't be without this fence. Accuracy has gone way, way up on everything I route. Best darn tool in my shop.
There is always a downside. For this fence, its dust collection. I have seen only one example of how to improve the dust collection and I've been too busy (lazy??) to do it.

I'll try to find it again. Basically it was a box, open on the bottom and the end that was against the back of the fence. The box slid back and forth with the arm of the fence and had a dc port attached to the side. The downside was that the entire jig had to be raised about 3/4"-1" to allow the install of the box.
If I can find it I'll post the link.

I can't believe it but I actully stumbled across it. Here's the link. At the bottom of the page is another link to how it was made, sort of.
