Morning all,
Our local 2 year college is having an sealed bid auction on some of thier old outdated equipment.
they have 3 wood machines. 1 is a a 3hp 230v rockwell shaper, the next a 14 or 16" dewalt radial arm, and the last is dayton 10" table saw.
The all have a minimun 100.00 bid price. I already scored a powermatic model 27 shaper from amazon when they marked then to 450.00, and the radial arm saw is 3 phase, just leaving the table saw.
THe saw looks in good shape, no rust on the top, but doesnt have any extension tables or fence. The blade tilt and raise are super smooth. It does have the motor cover and a misc box of stuff with it.
BUT, i havent found much of anything on the web about dayton saws, so does anyone have a history or idea of value?
Thanks
jesse
